This course is dedicated to the medicinal properties of plant active compounds, responding to the growing demand for phytotherapy as a complementary support to pharmacological treatments. Led by MSc Anna Bober, the course offers evidence-based, practical knowledge of herbal medicine alongside tips for applying it in your own phytotherapy practice.
Participants will learn how to prepare natural herbal remedies independently and understand key extraction methods to obtain active plant substances effectively.

Anna also incorporates Traditional Chinese Medicine into her teaching. She lectures at Jagiellonian University and the University of Natural Therapies in Chorzów, as well as on herbalist and aromatherapy courses in Warsaw and the Upper Silesian Academy. She is the founder of the Alchemilium Herbal Academy and publishes in leading professional journals.
