The controller of your personal data is Forum Media Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poland, Poznan (60-595), 13 Polska Street. The company is part of the international publishing holding FORUM MEDIA GROUP. It deals with publishing books, magazines, software, seminars and training.

WHERE FROM DID WE GET YOUR DATA?

We received your data from Select Database who provided us with your data in compliance with privacy regulations (license of databases).

FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

We process your data for the following purposes:

1. direct marketing of our products and services, including marketing communication where appropriate;
2. registering objections to the processing of data;
3. to allow purchases of new products or services.

You will not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.

Your data will be processed in UK and in EU. We will not send your data to any other third country.

HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

We will process your data for the following periods:

1. marketing of our products and services – for a period of up to 3 years; if within this time you’ll become our customer, we’ll process your data for a longer period; you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data for marketing purposes;
2. marketing communication based on your consent – until you withdraw your consent to such communication;
3. sales of new products or services – for the duration of the contract. In some instances, we may extend this period for accountability of our activities or to defend against claims;
4. keeping a register of objections for marketing purposes data processing – until you withdraw your objection.

WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS ABOUT YOU?

The data we received from our supplier include the following categories:

• personal identification data;
• contact details;
• information about consent to commercial communication;
• business identification data, including business tax identification number.

WHO IS THE RECIPIENT OF YOUR DATA?

Your data may be available to the following group of entities:

1. companies providing us with services for the delivery and maintenance of database software, thanks to which we can run our sales and accounting systems, send marketing messages electronically or by phone;
2. companies within Forum Media Polska sp. z o.o. group;
3. entities providing legal and accounting services to us.

WHAT KIND OF RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?

Your rights include:

1. The right to access your data
2. Right to rectification
3. Right to restriction of processing
4. Right to withdraw consent
5. Right to request deletion
6. The right to transfer data to another data controller (data portability).

You can withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing until the withdrawal of consent is received.
